2.Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or approved channels.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your spot.
Prices include transport, food, and photography/videography (unless otherwise stated).
Participants are responsible for personal essentials (e.g., clothing, sleeping bags, camping gear unless specified).
3.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations 7+ days before the trip may qualify for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
We may cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, safety concerns, or low numbers. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit.
4.Health & Safety
Participants must be physically fit for hiking and camping activities.
You must disclose medical conditions before the trip.
Trip leaders may deny participation for safety reasons.
Alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited.
5.Liability
Pack’nDrift is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during trips, except where required by law.
We recommend personal travel or adventure insurance.
6.Photography & Media
Professional photography and videography are included.
By joining, you agree to group photos/videos being used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
